Playing

In the previously posted 【Blue-Eyed Ryuro Rin】 Deck, "Maiden with Eyes of Blue" activates at the same "when targeted by a card effect" as "Hieratic Dragon -Dragon Noot", so "Senet Switch" , and "Safe Zone" were cards with targeted effects that stably activated the maiden's effect.
The "Blue-Eyed White Dragon" Deck I'm posting this time features cards that support Blue-Eyed such as "The White Stone of Legend" and "Darkstorm Dragon", as well as monsters that can receive the effects of "Dragon Shrine" and "Silver's Cry" like Blue-Eyed. You can fight without relying on the maiden effect.

Strength

Of course, Otome's ability to Special Summon Blue-Eyed from the Deck, hand, and GY when attacked or targeted by card effects is extremely powerful. It is a required card (we are currently using "Shining Angel" and "One for One" that can recruit maidens). However, since Otome's effect is so powerful, your opponent will likely try to avoid activating it, and there's nothing you can do about the effects of cards that don't target or negate effects. For this reason, we are required to make a deck that does not rely on the maiden too much.
Below is an example of a major deployment.

① Activate 《《Dragon Shrine》》→Send Blue-Eyed or Dark Storm to her GY, then send 《《The White Stone of Legend》》to her GY
② Add her Blue-Eyed to your hand with Shiraishi's effect
③ Send her Blue-Eyed added with 《Trade-In》to her GY and draw 2 cards
④ With 《Silver's Cry》(“Monster Reborn” and “Call of the Haunted”) she revived Blue-Eyed
In this way, you can compress 5 decks of her, draw 2, deploy 3000 RBI monsters, and fertilize 3 of her GY all at once.
In particular, her Deck compression and her GY fertilization are important, and the amount of deck compression makes it easier to draw cards such as "Shining Angel" and "One for One" that can recruit Otome and Otome.
By arranging Blue-Eyed on the field with Maiden's effect, Roaring Roar, and Rivide, it becomes easier to connect to the summoning of "Azure-Eyes Silver Dragon", and by reviving Blue-Eyed with Silver Dragon's effect, you can resurrect Blue-Eyed. Synchro summoning and deploying silver dragons can also summon Rank 9 Xyz Monsters (Well, rather than strangely Xyz, I often end up by attacking with multiple Blue-Eyeds).

Weakness

I actually made this deck and tried it out, but I was worried that there weren't many ways to deal with her Blue-Eyed and Shiraishi cards in my hand. Since Trade-In and One for One are the only ways to actively send her Blue-Eyed in her hand to her GY, I would like a card that can send more Blue-Eyed in her hand to her GY. As a candidate, "Shinryu Apocalypse", which can also salvage "Red-Eyes Darkness Metal Dragon", and free chain removal "Raigeki Break" and "Karma Cut" are somewhat strong.
Also, since it's his deck that beats with the highest grade monsters, "Evilswarm Ophion" is naturally his natural enemy. I'd like to aim for breakthrough with monsters strengthened with 《Compulsory Evacuation Device》or 《Castle of Dragon Souls》.

Customize

There are few removal cards, probably because it is the fate of the Dragon Deck. As with Sambol and 《Karma Cut》, I would like to use cards like “Dark Hole” and “Bottomless Trap Hole”, which are basic removal cards, if there is room.
Also, I would like to consider adopting the "Forbidden ~" series, which is a card that can target maidens and also leads to supporting monsters in your army.
