All of the effects are dependent on the opponent, and VFD and Enterplasnil aren't effects that can be pushed aside and prioritized.
If you use it, you can use it from Quick Chaos with Chaos Dyson, and it will be a romantic operation called Burn from continuous attacks.

With the exception of some monsters, level 9 is very difficult to get out, so the effect won't be used unless it's very powerful.
Assuming that, direct depending on the opponent, attack negate & material replenishment. 2800 Direct sounds good, but if it is possible, I would like to remove the opponent's monster with 2850 RBI or more with a removal that doesn't target Plasnil.
Also, even if there is an attack negate, there is no destruction or target resistance, so it is a pity that the opponent can remove it as much as they want.

However, a direct attack depends on the situation of the opponent. If the RBI is higher than himself, which is 2800, there is a high possibility that he is an ace, and there are many cases where he does not let the attack pass obediently.
The current rank 9 has more versatile effects, especially Enterplasnil, which has higher hit points and elimination removal than himself, and is a machine that is difficult to differentiate.

I don't think the 2800 will be attacked that often, but there's Blue-Eyed anyway. Over 2800 is easy these days!

It is not often chosen as an attack target with ATK 2800, but there are many monsters with ATK 3000 or higher, so it will not be a loss. I'm lucky if I can replenish materials, and basically it's an effect of suppressing battle. You can think of it as almost invincible in combat. The effect of the last direct attack is strong considering the 2800 RBI, but it's pretty modest as a level 9x2 effect. Overall, the effect is too quiet for the difficulty of Xyz summoning. Even in situations where Xyz Summoning is possible, there is little reason to prioritize it over Phantom Fortress Enterblathnir. If you use this card as a material, the effect of "C No." has quite a lot of firepower, so if you use this card, it would be desirable to use it on the assumption that you will rank up.
