I tried building an almost purely constructed Floowandereeze (Is it possible to build a Floowandereeze that is not purely constructed...).
A deck that fights with normal summons and tribute summons without special summons, and has very high stamina and stability due to its characteristics.
As for the operation method, the first objective is to land 《Floowandereeze & Empen》via 《Floowandereeze & Robina》and 《Floowandereeze & Eglen》. If you can secure 《Floowandereeze & Robina》, 《Floowandereeze & Eglen》and 《Floowandereeze & Empen》first, you will have access to all necessary gimmicks of Floowandereeze, so let's do our best to collect these three cards. If you can secure up to 《Floowandereeze and the Magnificent Map》, it will be perfect. After that, it feels like using the low-level Floowandereeze and suppressing it with the high-level Winged Beast.

・《Floowandereeze & Snowl》
Floowandereeze Highest RBI. In addition, it is a rather nasty monster that has a piercing effect on its own monster and a back defense effect against his Special Summoned monster during the opponent's turn. There is also the effect of increasing summoning rights, but Floowandereeze has its own summoning effect, so let's use it as an insurance in case it is stopped.
It's easy to search, and it would be a problem even if it came to your hand, so I used 2 copies.
・《Floowandereeze & Empen》
Floowandereeze Spell Trap Prohibits the activation of the effects of Attack Position monsters Special Summoned in search, and even halves the status during battle with opponent monsters, making this a very powerful card. In particular, prohibiting effect activation is a strong meta for Link Monsters that cannot be dealt with with 《Floowandereeze & Snowl》. Spell Trap search is also powerful.
It's easy to search, so here are two. One piece that is not troubled even with a full load.
・《Raiza the Mega Monarch》
removal factor. Basically, I think that it is often played on the opponent's turn. If you release WIND, it's a powerful effect that touches 3 of your opponent's cards. Floowandereeze has a lot of his WIND, so it's easy to use.
It's not a card I want in my first hand, and I can search for one or two cards. This time, he uses 1 copy in consideration of the number of decks, but if you want to use it multiple times, it is recommended to use 2 copies.
・《Mist Valley Apex Avian》
A powerful suppression monster from the Winged Beast. It will be a check against the effect activation of his back destruction type Spell Trap and Defense Position monsters. If possible, it's a monster that you want to set up first, but it's easy to use during your opponent's turn.
・《Floowandereeze & Robina》
One of the cores of Floowandereeze. If possible he wants Floowandereeze to move from this card.
You can access the lesser Floowandereeze, which can chain summons from there, so do your best to secure it in your hand. Conversely, if you don't get this card or a card that can access this card, you should think that you are in a big pinch.
Of course, there is no option other than full loading.
・《Floowandereeze & Stri》
A minor Floowandereeze that can filter out his GY on himself or his opponent.
I have a lot of work to do, such as banishing his Floowandereeze card that went to GY and reusing it, and banishing his opponent's GY card to interfere. However, in order to connect to the summoning effect, it is necessary to remove cards, and if you go first, you and your opponent will not be able to move because there are no cards in his GY, so the number of cards used is 2.
・《Floowandereeze & Eglen》
A Floowandereeze that can search for the highest tier Winged Beast. This card is quite easy to use as you can access the trump cards of Floowandereeze and use yourself as a release cost. It doesn't matter if it's in your first hand, or rather, it's a card you want in your first hand, so I put it all in.
・《Floowandereeze & Toccan》
His Floowandereeze that can retrieve his Floowandereeze that has been cleared. It's very good because you can recover his Floowandereeze cards that you banished with 《Floowandereeze & Stri》, 《Floowandereeze and the Magnificent Map》, 《Gold Sarcophagus》, etc. However, since the summoning effect and recovery effect are a set, if you don't have a card that can be removed early in the game, you won't be able to move. The compatibility with 《Floowandereeze and the Magnificent Map》is the highest level, so if you have the destiny to draw in 《Floowandereeze and the Magnificent Map》, you should be able to fully use it.
・《Pot of Duality》
Cards that dig through the deck. Floowandereeze does not use his Special Summon, so it can be used without any special summon restrictions. Anyway, there are a lot of parts I want in my hand, so I'm fully throwing them in.
・《Pot of Prosperity》
This is also a card that digs into his deck. Being able to see up to 6 of his deck tops is exceptional, greatly increasing the chances of accessing the parts you need. I don't use extras (directly), so I can secure the cost without any problems. There is also a balance with 《Dogmatika Punishment》, so the number of cards adopted is 2 (also for the wallet).
・《Gold Sarcophagus》
The Floowandereeze Deck is a search card with virtually no time lag. If you're a low-level Floowandereeze, you can return by yourself, and if you use 《Floowandereeze & Toccan》, you can immediately collect it. If you banish low-level Floowandereeze in advance, it can also be used as a countermeasure by reacting to the summons of 《Floowandereeze & Robina》and 《Floowandereeze & Eglen》.
The hard part is that you can only use one.
・《Harpie's Feather Duster》
Simply remove the opponent's back. Floowandereeze has a hard initial crush, so it is important to remove the back when you take the second attack.
・《Terraforming》
I want a card that can access 《Floowandereeze and the Magnificent Map》, so I adopted it.
・《Floowandereeze and the Unexplored Winds》
A very useful card with an effect like 《The Monarchs Stormforth》that allows the opponent to get involved in his Tribute Summon, as well as a hand exchange effect. However, it would be a problem if it came in too many Continuous Spell related cards, and I could search for it, so I used 2 copies.
・《Called by the Grave》
Urara and Veiler are very tough, so I definitely want to use this card. Hire as much as you can.
・《Floowandereeze and the Magnificent Map》
Floowandereeze It's no exaggeration to say that this card is the best support card. A card that has a lot of work, such as excluding low-level Floowandereeze, excluding and collecting Floowandereeze cards, summoning without using the actual summoning right, and summoning during the opponent's turn. This is the card I want in my first hand as much as possible. Fully loaded, of course.
・《Harpie's Feather Storm》
Obstacle tag. His deck is vulnerable to back removal, so I chose this card that works even if the back removal is done beforehand. However, Floowandereeze also has WATER Winged Beast, so depending on the situation, you may not be able to use it, so if you are concerned about that, I think you can change it to something like Solemn Judgment. It also has its own jamming means, so I used 2 for insurance purposes.
・《Floowandereeze and the Dreaming Town》
Floowandereeze summon trap card. Basically, you will use it during your opponent's turn. The GY effect is also powerful, and you can hinder the opponent's development by chaining summons and making the highest grade Tribute Summon to him. However, the summoning effect itself overlaps with 《Floowandereeze and the Magnificent Map》, and it is possible to search and collect, so I used 2 copies.
・《Dogmatika Punishment》
Opponent's monster's removal card. By sending 《Fossil Warrior Skull Knight》, 《Elder Entity N'tss》, 《Wind Pegasus @Ignister》, you can get the effect of destruction + α. If Raiza the Mega Monarch is enough, you may replace it with another card. Or rather, 《Raiza the Mega Monarch》overlaps the role, but this one has a high surprise attack, so I used 2 copies for the time being. A cost is required on the field, but 《Icarus Attack》might be fine.
・《Vanity's Emptiness》
A meta card that has no effect on me since Floowandereeze doesn't do his Special Summon. The self-destruct effect also works well for Minor Floowandereeze, as it is removed without going to his GY.
・《Floowandereeze and the Scary Sea》
Floowandereeze's Counter Trap. It negates his opponent's Special Summon and seals his Special Summon instead of increasing the summoning power. However, overconfidence is prohibited as there are many Special Summons with activation effects. Since it can be searched, two cards are used.
・EX Deck
The EX Deck is rarely used except for 《Dogmatika Punishment》and 《Pot of Prosperity》, so if you have 《Fossil Warrior Skull Knight》, 《Elder Entity N'tss》, and 《Wind Pegasus @Ignister》for 《Dogmatika Punishment》, anything else is fine. This time, I put "Superdreadnought Rail Cannon Gustav Max" and "Number 54: Lion Heart" that are at the same level because "maybe I can make it out due to some mistake".

Weakness

Due to the limitation of Special Summon, there is a fatal weakness that if you are targeted for the first move, you will not be able to move more than other his decks. For the time being, recovery with the Mysterious Map is possible, so let's draw the Mysterious Map into your hand with all your might.
Exclusion meta such as Longinus is also a natural enemy because it becomes difficult to secure follow-up.
Although it can be debuffed with a pen, the maximum RBI is 2900, so if you use a high RBI with resistance such as Ultimate Falcon, you can not use gimmicks such as Kaiju, so it may be clogged.
