Playing

If you can get two Level 4 monsters, you can Xyz Summon 《NO.39 Utopia Double》, and with its effect, you can Xyz Summon 《Ultimate Dragonic Utopia Ray》. Since 《ZS - Ascended Sage》and 《ZS - Armed Sage》can be Special Summoned, Rank 4 decks are relatively easy to summon. However, "Utopic Onomatopoeia", "Zubababancho Gagagacoat", and "Dodododwarf Gogogoglove" have the disadvantage of activating the effect, "After this effect is activated, until the end of the turn, you can only Special Summon X monsters from the EX Deck." It tends to be black.

You can't attack directly with this, but with ATK 7200, you can endure effect destruction once, and you can negate monster effects once.

It looks like it's going to be difficult to get a starting hand, but it's surprisingly easy because it uses all the search cards 《Onomatopickup》and 《Onomatopaira》.
Also, at the end of the deployment example, if you have a ZW that can be equipped from your hand, you can Xyz summon Ultimate Dragonic Utopia Ray on your turn and equip it, so you can take the form of deployment example 1.

Weakness

Adding Summon Priest or Hat-Tricker stabilizes and increases deployment power.
