Playing

Also, if you can get Link 4 using Nemeses and Diabolic Guy, it will be easy to develop after that, so we have adopted the Codebreaker lineage.
It's overwhelming to use two cards from your hand and line up multiple large Link Monsters to overwhelm your opponent.

Strength

If you have Vion or a card that can put Vion into play and 《Nemeses Flag》or 《Nemeses Umbrella》in your hand, you can put Mascarena, Anaconda, Dragoon, and 4 Usa on the board from the first turn. By link summoning with Mascarena's effect during the opponent's main phase, Astram can also stand up with Mascarena and Anaconda.

Weakness

Also, since he uses all the cards in his Deck/EX Deck in one deployment, it would be extremely painful if the opponent returned the deployment.
