Speaking of Time Thief, the mainstream is the phantom Raidraptor type that launches a redan that can be actively made into a state without materials. I made it a target build.
Basically, Redan is X-summoned, and when he moves to the main monster zone by his own effect, he deploys Zoodiac Xyz and takes out Megaton Gale.

● About the Time Thief card
《Regulator》
You can recruit 2 of yourself as a cost, and use 3 to hold it in your first hand.
Since it cannot be activated if there are other monsters on your field, it is also a good idea to avoid the redundancies once before deploying.
《Crew》
The search effect in NS and SS and the expansion effect of itself can earn an ad and it is hard to spoil, so I used 3 copies.
《Bezelship》
It's one of the few recruit targets for Regulator, but it's hard to deal with if you draw it, so up to 2 copies.
《Startup》
Adopted for wanting the expansion effect from the hand. You can forcibly deploy it with a double crown, or you can deploy it by putting out a regulator while leaving the summoning right. However, the consumption tends to be rough and it is not easy to aim for his GY effect, so only one copy is used as an insurance.
"hack"
The effect is based on the assumption that an X monster is on the field, and it's not a card that takes an ad, but because it's a Continuous Spell, it can be broken by 《Kaikai》, so you can replenish Redundan with Perpetua and Flyback, which will be described later. adopted up to
《Flyback》
Basically, X material is replenished to the redundancy. Note that his second GY effect is the text "You can only use one of them." When replenishing trap cards, up to 2 cards are used because this is more convenient later than retrograde, which has no GY effect.
"Retrograde"
Dedicated Counter Trap. There are many restrictions, such as requiring Time Thief X on the field and he can only stop spells and traps, but the card power is sufficient because it can be stolen while negate. Since it is searchable and the name is turn 1, up to 2 cards can be used.
《Redan》
The main force of the Time Thief. I want to keep track of which monsters, spells, and traps are replenished on this card. Since the effect that uses materials is named Turn 1, there is little point in arranging two of them. It can be evaded with its own effect, and it can also be revived with Perpetua, so it is relatively strong against removal, so I used 2 copies including a backup.
"Perpetua"
Rank 4 of redundancy support. You can revive Redundan during the opponent's Standby Phase, or use it together with Flyback to chain to Redundan effect and replenish materials. Only one is adopted because it is not something that is actively aimed at due to the good handling of the redundancy body.
● About Zoodiac cards
《Mormorat》
Due to Zoodiac's exclusive burial effect, instead of Bullhorn and others who are currently in prison, his Zoodiac is stored in his GY and connected to Tigris. It's currently limited due to the text stain effect, so of course it's 1 copy.
《Thoroughblade》
The basic reason for adoption is the same as the mormorat. This one can activate its effect even if you recruit it from the guild, and since it has the highest RBI of 1600 among his Zoodiacs, it also serves as a battle assistant for X monsters. The cost of exchanging cards is the same name, so it doesn't spoil easily even if it's duplicated in your hand, so I used 3 copies.
《Viper》
It can be used to exclude opponents who battled when Zodiac X is a material, and to forcibly break through troublesome resistance. It can be used as an Xyz material even from your hand, and up to 2 copies can be used in order to increase the number of search targets and recruit targets.
《Bureau》
Power ka that will be restricted due to the revision of the applicable restrictions from 2019.10. If it is a card in the field, you can recruit his Zoodiac with any card including yourself as a cost. Of course, you can use up to one.
《Tigris》
Leica underlay. Basically, it's a job to X-summon by layering it on a lower class and stack GY's Zoodiac on itself to increase the RBI.
《Leica》
Wild bow underlay. The job of cutting Tigris and reviving it as it is when there is another Zoodiac of him in GY.
《Wild Bow》
Since it has a direct effect, you can ignore the opponent's field and reduce LP. It's an insurance just in case, so basically it's an underlay of Tigris. Direct itself can also be done with 《Hack》, so it is a matter of taste whether to use 《Hammer Kong》or not.

《Damage Juggler》
The job of searching for a hat-tricker with the GY effect. Even if you don't have a target to search for, you can also do the job of reducing damage, so use up to 2 copies.
"Trick Crown"
You can revive yourself with 1000 LP as a cost, and if you use Time Thief's low rank deployment cost, you will have rank 4 materials. Only one is adopted because it is basically used to talk.
《Tenki》
Beast-Warrior search. Since it is a Continuous Spell, it can also be divided by the Association. Three copies are used because it is necessary to collect the parts to bring out Megaton Gale.
《Shade Brigandine》
A Level 4 Trap monster that can be set and activated immediately if there is no Trap card in GY. When Redan uses Trap as material, he can use Deck Bounce to keep the opponent in check. After the 2nd card, it is almost rotten, but 3 copies are used to focus on the effect of Redundan.
《Mudragon of the Swamp》
A monster that comes out from 《Instant Fusion》. Since it is WATER, you can aim to increase RBI of 《Abyss Dweller》, and since it is an Effect Monster, it can be used as a part of the link material, so I adopted it.
"Hope Double"
A card for attacking with Brain Muscle Hope. It has the drawback of not being able to use 《Double or Nothing!》in your hand, and you can't direct the Hope you put out with this effect, but it has a strong benefit in battle, so it's used. 《Pentestag》Most of the reasons for adoption are also this.

Strength

You can X-summon Megaton Gale by reviving his Zoodiac Xyz with Laika and using it as a material with Redan that has returned to the main monster zone.
Megaton Gale has 4000 RBI and is strong against monsters other than X, and he replenishes the opponent's field as materials while reviving GY's X monsters, so it is very compatible with Redan.
Expansion example below
Conditions: Redundan in the main monster zone, Sarablade on the field with GY
①: Wild Bow X → Tigris X → Cut Wild Bow and give GY's Sarah Blade to himself → Leica X → Cut Tigris and revive Wild Bow
②: Tigris X → Leica X → Cut Tigris and revive Tigris → Wild Bow X
Result: 3200 RBI Laika (penetration) for ①, 1600 RBI Wild Bow (direct attack) for ②.
Megaton Gale is heavy with 3 bodies, and if you use the resurrection effect, the damage to the opponent will be halved, so if you value the number of heads and the amount of damage, you can enter the Battle Phase as it is without link summoning. hand. If you have 《Tenki》on the field, even an X monster revived by Laika can be useful for token processing.
Even opponents that cannot be destroyed by battle can be dealt with by Megaton Gale's resurrection effect in Main Phase 2, and sometimes the tactic is to intentionally leave cards on the opponent's field in order to revive Redan.

Weakness

Redundan's evasive ability makes it strong against removal, but it's main weakness is that it tends to be empty due to the hit surface and the field. So it might be a good idea to cut down parts to some extent and increase general-purpose removal such as 《Torrential Tribute》or 《Mirror Force》.
Also, although Ridan is not good at using his spell cards as X materials, in this deck of his, drawing by Ridan also plays an important role as a hand replenishment.
Due to various circumstances, I don't have a lot of triggers, but if I'm not particular about it, I don't think it's a problem to use around Maxx "C".
