Strength

Vylon Stella's ability to stay in play as an equip card makes him a good Scrap Dragon. In the worst case, Scrap can be self-destructing to use its effect, but it's ok if you destroy Stella.
If you exchange Scrap and 《Vylon Epsilon》, it will be the same movement, and it will not be disturbed by destroying Stella, which is treated as an equipment card. Scrap is more versatile for him because it's a cut.
