Strength

I returned to Yu-Gi-Oh for the first time in about 5 years holding her Fortune Lady, but I was beaten up due to lack of firepower, so I changed to a type aiming for special victory.
For the time being, the way to turn it is to use Lighty as the cost of Spellbook of Knowledge or Hikari-chan's cost for Deck compression +2 draw, Chi-chan + Fu-chan to search for Exo's parts, and create Skaldet with the expanded fortune-telling witch. Draw 4, or draw 4 with Temptation + Pasty + Fortune's Future to align Exo.
What distinguishes it from the library is that it has less firepower, but it can set up s and links on the board and maintain a certain amount of board while arranging Exo. I don't know how strong s and link are now, but I think it's easy to make large s monsters like Trishula.

Weakness

As is often the case with Exo, if you have 2 or 3 Exo in your opening hand, you will get stuck and start to run out.
If you get 《Card Destruction》, you lose.
It seems that there is a nasty spell card against Rockbird, so I think it would be good to include it. At that time, it would be good to pull out her spellbook other than Rudra and put it in. Fortune Vision and Calling are also subject to replacement.

Customize

It looks like it's good to put extra g in it. Expensive though.
