A Deck that uses the effect of Agarpain to create a large Synchro and overwhelm it.
With 4 dragons, you can create Elpy, Pisti, and Agarpain on the board, so you can use the expansion power of Sacred Time to aim for that.

We will prepare a total of 4 dragons, and create a board in the order of Hieratic Seal of the Heavenly Spheres → Elpy, Pisti → Agarpain. With Agarpain's effect, he uses Crystal Wing, Valero, and Valeso, and after that, he uses Guardragon as link material to overwhelm the field with Valero, Valeso, and Three Burst.
Use Mausoleum, Prominesis dropped in the ravine, and Destrudo as deployment aids. Also, depending on the situation, you can create a stable board surface by inserting Atumus, Halifiber, Three Burst, etc.
The role of each card is
・Prominesis... Becomes a link material by reviving from Noot's target and his GY.
・Dragon Noot... When targeted, you can call a normal dragon. We will target it with the above Prominesis, Destrudo, World Legacy's Guardragon, and Forbidden Chalice.
・Siyu, Topheni, Nephte, Aceto... Basic parts of the sacred carving. Topheni and Shu are essential personnel who can also call Atumus. Aceto can be compromise summoned, but since it is level 5 and has 2 Noots, it will be 1 copy. I like Nephte.
・Gardemis... I put it in because it works well with Normal Monster.
・《Guardragon Justicia》, Labrador…Both are tuners. In addition, Yustia responds to the effect of Halifiber, and Labradorite becomes a material for Atumus.
・World Legacy's Guardragon... Not only does it work well with Noot, but its movement in the monster zone also matches his Link Monsters such as Elpy and Pisti.
・《Celestial Observatory》…Changes a high-level dragon in your hand into a draw.

Strength

If you can create a board with Elpy, Pisti, Agarpain, and Valeso in the second attack, you can get 1000 + 1500 + 3000 x 2 = 8500 one kills.
We also have a lot of tuners, so if you get stuck, you can use Synchro, and if you move with Atumus, you can fight even in Holy Time main.
Also, other than Halifayer and Valeso, you can build with a relatively low budget.

Weakness

I tried to compress his deck with 《Upstart Goblin》, but there are a lot of high-level monsters, so I'm worried about card mishaps.
For better or worse, it's only the Hallows and his Guardragon, so it's tough when attributes, race locks and Special Summons are restricted.

Customize

The defense will be strong if you reinforce it with the minimum number of hand triggers and traps.
Also, it might be interesting to add a World Legacy card.
