Even the occasional fan Deck. . . "Yes, it's a parody of a certain anime." I'm throwing in dragons and tigers. For the time being, even the fan deck is made to rotate properly, so I think I can fight to some extent.
As a basic movement, it is a deck that deploys by issuing Dragon Ruler or Redame with Atumus from Topheni. (Of course, the tigers are also useful. In the first half of the game, you can surpass, surpass, surpass...
Topheni can be searched with 《Hieratic Seal of Convocation》and Tempest. 《Tiger Dragon》will search by excluding Redox with Golden Chest or something like that. I start with Tophenis and play Tiger Dragon to break the opponent's back and connect it to Atumus. If the flow to Atumus is stopped on the way, I will attack using Dragon Ruler this time. Changing the way you fight depending on the situation is the true value of this Deck.
You can revive dragons more and more with Redame and Queen, so even with this Deck, which is not a pure Dragon Ruler, it is hard to run out of GY to ss Dragon Ruler. Collect Topheni and Debris with Tremis to prepare for the next turn.
I wanted the tigers to play an active role, so I added a general-purpose one-fu, a flame tiger that can be used as a tribute, and a soul tiger that can be targeted by debris effects. (As for whether it can actually be used, well ... about the first half;

Strength

Depending on the case, there is also a route that will be a one-shot kill.
Redame, Topheni, Level 6 monsters, (Earth, Wind, Dragon) monsters in hand If GY has Dragon Ruler.
Release Topheni effect ss and summon a level 6 monster → Use Topheni effect to summon a level 6 Normal Monster ss → Use two level 6 monsters to effect Atumus ss Dragon Ruler ss → Use Dragon Ruler as a cost → Redame ss from the excluded Dragon Ruler effect itself Search for a Dragon Ruler → Use the Child Dragon Ruler effect to discard the monsters (Wind, Earth, Dragon) in your hand and yourself, Dragon Ruler ss → GY's Dragon Ruler ss with the Redame effect → Big Ice effect with 2 Dragon Rulers Steal the opponent's monster with → Gaia Dragoon ss on top of Atumus
With this, Ledam's 2800 and Dragoon's 2600 make it 5400, so if the monster you took from your opponent is over 2600, it's a one-shot kill. If it's not enough, he can revive Dragon Ruler and adjust the damage amount if he doesn't use the effect.
The way to turn above is also possible via Queen Dragon.
Debris summoning effect, revive tripod that becomes level 4 from GY with soul tiger or effect → Queen ss with debris and another effect, he becomes GY's Dragon Ruler ss
With this, if you ss a redame with that Dragon Ruler as the target, it will be the same movement.
I couldn't put it in this Deck for some reason, but if I put Shu Dragon in it, the range of combos would be even wider.
Just like before, take out a queen from the debris and use the Queen effect to release Topheni ss → Use the effect to release Topheni ss → Use the Topheni effect to level 6 Normal Monster ss → Use and use Atumus ss at level 6

Tempest and Redox are the cards I struggled with when making this Deck. If I am too biased, I end up thinking that Dragon Ruler is too strong, so I use it as a card to turn the deck. (Huh? Dragosac? Big Eye? I don't know.
Emerald Dragon, 《✪ The Black Dragon King Of The Jungle》. At least two Normal Monsters from Topheni are required. Because I can't call a second rank 6 body when it's excluded for some reason or when it's used as a material.
《Tiger Dragon》. Two (Omitted) Mainly searches from Redox and contributes as a trigger for Topheni's effect. Casually destroying two sets can also be used as it invites the opponent to forcibly activate it.
Flame Tiger, Soul Tiger. These two have similar names, red and blue, and their poses are bilaterally symmetrical. It's a simple idea. There is also the fact that I wanted to increase the types of tigers. I decided to use it because it has the advantage of being able to do it. (I wonder if I can use it (problem)) But honestly, I can't deny the feeling that Homura Tiger is his FIRE, so I'm floating;
《King Tiger Wanghu》. Junk and Wind-Up can't move just by putting this monster out early. With this Deck, Topheni will start moving, so I think it's safe to put it out when you don't want to keep the field open when your opponent has a monster. (Tigers can confuse your opponent's expectations of his deck.
Airbern is probably a tiger. . Now I know why I got this card. .
Debris Dragon can be chained to either Rank 4 or Level 7 Synchro. It can also be searched from Tempest and can be said to be the key card of this Deck.
tripod fish. picture? It's not a tiger or a dragon, is it? "Tiger" Ipodfish? (Yes, I'm sorry; this was selfish on my part and I really wanted to leave a route for summoning Vulcan and Duroren with extras, so I created this card that can be both Vulcan and Duroren by synchronizing with Airbern. (This is also the reason why I included Airbelln; this card can be revived from debris, and you can choose between level 3 and 4 with its own effect, so I bought it for use in both Synchro and Xyz. It really hurts that the attribute is water like flame tiger;
《Totem Dragon》can use the resurrection effect well in the early stage and become a Dragon Ruler's Tribute by itself. You can revive him with debris, but he can't be Dragon Synchro, so he can't be Vulcan. Instead, Orient Dragon can do it, so let's aim for combos from there. Actually, the reason I chose this card is the same as with Tripod, because he wanted to include the Naturia Beast as an extra. I put it in because I thought this was the only general-purpose card that could connect to Beast with a Synchro from Airbern. The paired card is 《Kidmodo Dragon》.
《Kidmodo Dragon》can also be used for the cost of Redox, and with just Dragon Ruler, Child Dragon Ruler, and this card in your hand, you can get Rank 7 on your first turn. Of course, it also supports Debri Dragon.
There is nothing special to say in Spell. However, I wanted to have one Cyclone card with a good balance of total destruction and single destruction, so I combined it with the Great Storm to make it a giant dragon.
"Compulsory Evacuation Device" can of course interfere with the opponent's deployment, but it can also be used to return the 0 attack and defense damage summoned by Wanchan Atumus to escape and reuse it.

Orient Dragon can be played mainly with Totem Dragon from Debris, and by putting out Topheni before this summon, you can banish your opponent's Synchro Monster and connect it to Rank 6 Xyz.
I think Xyz is good. In Tremis, he collected GY and revived it in Queen... Atumus was used a lot when deploying, so I only have two here.

To be honest, it would be better to remove the extra tigers and have a unified composition of earth and wind except for the sacred time;

I thought it wouldn't matter if there were no traps, so I put in an escape device, but I think it would be better to remove all the traps and add more monsters and cyclones, or insert cards that spin treasure swords. Especially since it's a sacred time, there is also a form of stacking a lot of giant dragons and countering only the opponent's back.
