I think that the initial move is basically to set up 《Crowley, the First Propheseer》with 《Spellbook Magician of Prophecy》+ 《Em Hattricker》, 《Em Trick Crown》, 《Jester Confit》and search the Spellbook.
If you have 《Spellbook Library of the Crescent》in your opening hand, you can start with 《Spellbook Library of the Crescent》, and if you draw with 《Instant Fusion》, you can change the movement depending on what kind of deck your opponent is.
《Instant Fusion》→《El Shaddoll Winda》→《El Shaddoll Winda》+ 《Crowley, the First Propheseer》with Spellcaster → 《Spellbook of Life》to revive → 《Spellbook of Life》with 《Spellbook of Knowledge》as a cost would be great.
If you release 《Crowley, the First Propheseer》and Special Summon 《Silent Magician》during this action, you can seal 2 or more Special Summons and create a board where you can negate the Spell once.
However, if you miss the timing to play 《Silent Magician》, you will not be able to play it due to the effect of 《El Shaddoll Winda》, so you need to be careful.

Strength

I've written most of it above, so just a side note.
《Spellbook of Life》revives as an Equip Spell, but even if 《Spellbook of Life》is destroyed, the revived monster will not be destroyed, so let’s use it as the cost of 《Spellbook of Knowledge》.
The strength is that you can develop your opponent's board while cutting down the opponent's board by putting out "Crowley, the First Propheseer" while going through "Relinquished Anima", "Thousand-Eyes Restrict", and "Millennium-Eyes Restrict" instead of "El Shaddoll Winda".

Weakness

I think it's a deck that moves flexibly according to the opponent's play rather than a deck that forces his opponent to do what he wants, so it's difficult to adopt hand triggers etc. at the stage of building his deck.
It's hard to tell if it's strong even if you turn it alone.
If you actually use it in competitions, etc., it seems necessary to make it compatible with the side deck.
To be honest, I don't use Decode Talker or Troymare as an extra deck, so I have a feeling that there might be another optimal solution.

Customize
