Created because 《Pantheism of the Monarchs》will be unlimited in April 2018.
Added trade-in as well as pangod as a draw source.
As a feature, it focuses on destroying the opponent's extra deck with Zabolg.
Also, 3 《Ghost Reaper & Winter Cherries》are introduced from the main deck.
《Darkest Diabolos, Lord of the Lair》is also added by pin stabbing.
Diabolos' versatility is terrifying.
Excellent resistance and handicap effect.
Once out, he will respawn from GY every time you Tribute Summon.

Strength

The card power of 《Pantheism of the Monarchs》is still strong.
Starting with environment decks, most of his decks will be dysfunctional if you go from extras to meta.
Also, you don't do Special Summon much, so you might be able to rot your opponent's extra G.

Weakness

There are places where the speed of the current environment cannot be kept up.
The draw source has increased, but it's never fast as a speed.
It was originally a theme that was prone to card accidents, but even though it has improved, I think there is still a accident rate.
Also, in terms of power, it is one step inferior to the environment.
Especially when it comes to attacking second, if the board surface is solidified to some extent, it becomes doubtful whether it can be returned.

Please change the extras according to the environment and countermeasure Deck.
I've played against King Monarch a lot, but I haven't used it myself, so it may not have a real sense of balance.
