The Weather Deck grows steadily with 2 copies of 《The Weather Snowy Canvas》+ ``The Weather'' monsters, so the rest of the slots are mostly surpass cards and draw sources.

Basically, "The Weather" monsters will clear the field and activate their effects, so your opponent will be free to attack directly. Therefore, 《Spiritual Swords of Revealing Light》《Battle Fader》《Proliferating G》《Herald of Orange Light》《One Day of Peace》will survive.

・"Accumulated Fortune" can stack 1 chain with 1 "The Weather" monster, so if you have "The Weather Snowy Canvas" and "The Weather" monster, search for and set "The Weather Thundery Canvas". During your opponent's turn, your opponent can activate an effect (chain 1) → "The Weather" monster (chain 2) → 《The Weather Thundery Canvas》(chain 3) → 《Accumulated Fortune》(chain 4).

To tell the truth, The Weather Deck's weakness lies in its focus on destroying "The Weather Pattern" cards. This is because if the "The Weather Pattern" card is destroyed, the "The Weather" monster will not be able to escape, and the board will collapse at once. This Deck has no cards to protect Spell Trap, so it's a good idea to keep the cards you want to destroy face down. For example, even if all "The Weather Pattern" cards are removed with "Harpie's Feather", if you put one "Waking the Dragon" face down, "The Weather Painter Rainbow" will pop up. It's also a perfect way to escape The Weather. Isn't that the best trade-off? ?

I thought that there was no other card with such synergy in The Weather Deck that leaves the field empty.
The weaknesses of The Weather Deck were that "the field is empty" and "cannot interfere with the opponent's turn". That's why I thought the "PSY" card would cover both. Still, the reasons why it was not included are that it cannot be used on your own turn, and that you cannot negate the opponent's first activated effect during the opponent's turn. (I have no choice but to miss the effect of the first shot to avoid The Weather.)
