This time, I tried to build his deck with Maat as the main character, so I will introduce it.
As usual, the construction concept is to focus on stability and responsiveness, and to reduce the accident rate as much as possible.
This Deck is also created with the rules before the new master rules in mind.
(It works even with the current rules.)
Among the many ace-class monsters in OCG, Maat is characterized by having a status that is especially suitable for rearguards.
Maat's own attacking power is not flattering, so it is especially important what you use the cards you draw with Maat.
The basic tactic of this Deck is to use those cards to "protect Maat", and Maat beats down while being protected by them.
~About Summoning Maat~
Summoning Maat requires a Dragon and a Fairy on the field.
In this Fairy-focused Deck, let's think about "how to put Dragons on the field."
・《Power Angel Valkyria》
Triggered by negation, search for Maat, 《Shining Angel》, Herald, and Arc Parshath.
Search can only be used once per turn, so if possible, I'd like to do negate once.
……Actually, the most difficult part is figuring out when to negate.
・《Galaxy Serpent》
It can be called by recruiting from 《Shining Angel》.
If you draw it to your hand, you can summon ⇨ Maat Summon while there is a Fairy that survived the opponent's turn.
Synchro Monster of Dragon・LIGHT
《Herald of Orange Light》, Mysterious He has The Agent Earth as a tuner, so if you have time, you can Synchro Summon using these as a starting point.
Among them, Stardust, which can be connected from ark Parshath, and Stardust, which can be connected from Quantum and Konoryu, will be easy targets.
As I said before, either the field or him in GY is fine. You don't have to force yourself to keep it.
《Outer Entity Nyarla》
This is the reason why I said above, "You'll be fine as long as you're in either the field or the GY." It's not Fairy, Dragon, or even LIGHT, but if you absorb Dragon from GY, you can make up for Maat's summoning cost.
There is no way to revive the dragon, so if you fall into GY, you will have to use this card to catch it.

Level 4 monsters are relatively easy to remain on the field, so if you're lucky, you might be able to get them.

This deck is not good at his Pendulum Summon Deck, permanent card system, so I put it in as a countermeasure.

After successfully summoning Maat, return 3 cards to the top of his Deck with The Sanctum of Parshath.
All that's left is to declare it with Maat and add it to your hand.
These cards are mainly used to recycle Herald and raise its cost.
Due to its nature, when summoning Maat, be sure to have a sanctuary in your hand or field.

《Shining Angel》, Calling Nova
A keycard for this Deck. In addition to the role of bringing 《Galaxy Serpent》through Recruit, it also has the role of accumulating Fairy in GY and attracting Honest by repeating Suicide Attack ⇨ Recruit.
The Fairy stored in GY is necessary for Eva and Arc Parshath, 《The Sanctum of Parshath》, so let's fertilize her GY as soon as possible.

Remove 《Shining Angel》or Herald from the field or her GY and bring Herald or Earth to your hand.
Of course, you can discard it from your hand with Herald, bring it with Shining Angel and use it as Maat's summoning cost, or use it as a wall to summon the next one after being defeated... There are many ways to use it.
《Sacred Arch-Airknight Parshath》
A monster that can be Special Summoned from your hand or GY when you negate.
Although it has the effect of being a new card in recent years, its role in this Deck is only to search for 《The Sanctum of Parshath》.
I wonder if it's a synchro material.
The summoning cost is high, so I would like to avoid random summoning.
《Recall》, 《Dark Bribe》, "Herald" 4 types
The cornerstone of this Deck that doubles as an opponent's hindrance and a Valkyria trigger.
Until Maat appears, it will be a battle with limited resources, so be careful when determining counter targets.
Also, Herald of the Arc Light in the Extra Deck can actually be used as a trigger for Valkyria.
Miracle The Agent Jupiter
Since it is a Deck that excludes monsters, it plays a recovery role.
It also has a role to secure the search destination of the earth.

Strength

As her deck with Maat as the main axis, it can be operated relatively stably.
Although it cannot be said that the accident rate is low compared to ordinary decks, it is still unrivaled for its solidity when the formation is arranged, similar to [Herald Permission], which has similar characteristics.

Weakness

Since it doesn't trigger the effect of 《Power Angel Valkyria》, I didn't include any summon negate-type Counter Trap. So, if your opponent says "summon → attack without using any effects", it's easy to fall into poverty.
If you counter your own activation effect, it can be deployed, but even in that case, it will consume a lot of cards from your hand, so if you anticipate that, throw in something like Backup Squad as a countermeasure.
Also, if Valkyria, which is the cornerstone of the development, is disturbed, you will be outnumbered as soon as possible, so please concentrate on using these as soon as possible.
"Qliphort" and "Majespecter" are particularly weak opponents, both of which are difficult to counter with his Herald. When dealing with these, be more careful than usual when identifying counter targets.

Customize

The nature of Herald's deck I want to emphasize quantity over quality, and if impurities are mixed, the rotation will be bad, so as a card to replace

I recommend swapping these 3 types or adjusting the overall ratio of his Deck including these.

As someone who dislikes Link Pendulum, I definitely don't want to use this card, but if I change Fairy to Dragon with 《Dragoncaller Magician》, 《Ma'at》can be Special Summoned relatively easily.
