It is a deck that fights with plant gimmicks and GY resources.
Deck top flipping is fun.
I think that it is strong as it is if it turns.

Strength

Garris (《Marauding Captain》) and Ronfa are strong.

If you have extra Garris, put it under the EX zone to self-bounce and flip the top of the Deck again. It's fun. Also, even with Masmati Garris in your hand, if you drop Dandy with Masmati, you can use Garris and Masmati to set up Melias and do the same move.
He sends the top 4 decks to his GY by declaring a ferret with Akashic's activation effect. In the case of Ron Fagaris Start, he has a decent amount of deck compression, so he can secure a decent amount of GY resources. If you already have a ferret in your hand, I think Garris Declaration is good.

Weakness

It's not stable. It's his deck for free because it stops with just one Urara or Usagi.
Personally, I prefer to have uncertainties because it's less boring.
