I wanted to operate a complete vanilla Deck and tried to build it.
You can fight reasonably well without using the Ex Deck.

Strength

The combo of Pacifis, the City of Illusions and Sea of ​​Ambush is strong.
If you remove Phantasm or Megalosmasher, or in the worst case Phantasm tokens, you can protect both Pacifis and Submarine Surprise, and on the next turn the removed card (in the case of Phantasm or Megalosmasher) will be removed, so search for Phantasm cards. I can do it, and I can try to catch up.

Honestly, I put it in as an auxiliary member, but I feel like I put it in too much.

However, Phantasm can come out with the effect of the equipment card, so it may be better to pin it. (Although it is excellent as a wall factor

Lance von Lynx: A child who is currently trying to pin it. With the P effect, you can pierce vanilla monsters and make it easier to activate the equipment card effect of his Phantasm, and you can also make it a personnel that deals battles damage, but honestly it's subtle.
《Dragon Horn Hunter》... Surprisingly handy. You can negate the battles damage with the P effect, and he can also increase ATK up to 200, albeit subtly.

Weakness

This time around, I focused on building Phantasm early, so I didn't have any removal cards, and I only had 2 《Skill Drain》and 《Summon Limit》Pinstab cards. .
