First of all, this guy was using life-shaving TRUE when he decided to make a deck, and yes, it is. TRUE is dead. So he wanted to use his life shavings for something, so he made a deck.
Basically, fisherman + sea + submarine surprise attack are arranged on the field and fought.

Set a dive surprise attack
Since there are 10 cards that will become the sea, basically 1 card will be in your hand. Sometimes it's too many and you end up with 3 in your hand.
I have a Fisherman search card, but it's one turn late, so I manage with Droso.
Doroso manages the diving surprise attack as well.
You can also drop Citadel Whale into his GY with a lifesaving effect and with Back to the Front he can Special Summon and set a submarine surprise attack.

My personal favorite combo is the Legendary Fisherman Effect, and when there is an ocean, the opponent's attack becomes a direct attack, and I use Wave Force to eliminate the opponent monster! !
