Playing

Wow! Dinosaur Ryuzaki! The new "" will support both Normal Monsters and Dinosaurs, so I think Wai's monster will be useful!
Most of the monsters are Normal Monsters. Effect Monsters also all activate outside the field, so they can all coexist with "Skill Drain". Basically, just use "Lost World", "Skill Drain", and "Solidarity" to knock your opponent around. Easy?
It might be difficult for Master Rule 4 and Pendulum Scale to coexist, but both of his Pendulum Monsters support Normal Monsters. This deck is only level 6 and below, so it would be nice if he could get it with the Pendulum set. Do not use it as a monster. However, "" is a Dinosaur, so don't drop it to GY. In case of emergency, destroy it on the field yourself and use it as an extra deck.

Strength

Use the key card "Lost World" to destroy "Petiteranodon" and "Babycerasaurus" to summon more Dinosaur cards. "Giant Rex" can't be protected with "Lost World", but this guy can fall to GY. Even with the cost of 《Miscellaneousaurus》.
"Jura Egg Token" will become a target if you set "" on his Pendulum, so aim aggressively.
Both Pendulum Monsters are for Pendulum effects. You can grant penetration and supplement low-grade dinosaurs respectively. Once the Pendulum Scale is set, it can handle almost all monsters.
Well, it doesn't quite live up to my ideals, but it all depends on the duelist. Card accident? I don't know, no.

Weakness

I'm worried about it, but the RBI is not good enough. I didn't put it in, but Frostosaurus is also a follower of that. Since it depends on the field, it will be tough if "" is removed.
As I said earlier, "" becomes Beast-Warrior for some reason, so don't drop it to GY. If you think about it normally, it's a Dinosaur.
Also, most of the monsters are out of print and may be hard to come by, but if you're a Wai fan, it's only natural to have them all. Don't worry about that.

Customize

I'm sticking to it because I'm a fan of Wai Deck, but if it's just to make it stronger, it's better to replace it with "Megalosmasher X" or "Sabersaurus".
I think it would be difficult to make 3 copies of "". I think something like "" would also work well. Considering the turnover rate, I wonder if we can consider adopting "".
Also, "《》" may be easier to use than "《Black Hole》".
