Playing

It will be an orthodox level 4 axis [Black Luster Soldier].
Search for 《Black Luster Soldier - Super Soldier》and 《Black Luster Soldier》with various search cards such as 《Manju of the Ten Thousand Hands》and 《Gateway to Chaos》, organize your hand with 《Trade-In》and use 《Beginning Knight》and 《Djinn Presider of Rituals》as ritual materials to create a “Black Luster Soldier” monster with 《Super Soldier Synthesis》Ritual summoning, beatdown is the main flow.
It's nice to know that ritual summons aren't affected by the new rules.
This Deck itself doesn't have that much of an impact as it's not a Deck that actively arranges Xyz Monsters.
Rather, I feel like it's easier to aim for a one-kill with 《Envoy of Chaos》and 《Beginning Knight》against Link Monsters in Attack Position.
By the way, isn't there a monster to pair with Envoy of Chaos?

Strength

Your opponent has 1 or more Attack Position monsters in their hand
《Envoy of Chaos》(《Reinforcement of the Army》is also acceptable)
《Black Luster Soldier - Super Soldier》(《Gateway to Chaos》is also acceptable)
《Super Soldier Synthesis》(《Gateway to Chaos》, 《Manju of the Ten Thousand Hands》if you have 《Black Luster Soldier - Super Soldier》)
《Beginning Knight》or《Djinn Presider of Rituals》
If you have all of them, one kill will be completed. This murderous intent is somewhat reminiscent of the movie version of Yugi.
Most of all, you can easily stop it with various general-purpose cards such as 《Vanity's Emptiness》, 《Solemn Strike》, 《Effect Veiler》, 《Breakthrough Skill》and 《Dimensional Barrier》.

Weakness

After all, it was a card accident.
《Trade-In》is also used, but if 4/5 of your hand is blue, you can't even look at it.

Customize

With 《Envoy of Chaos》and 《Black Luster Soldier －The Envoy of the Beginning－』, he will compete with GY for his DARK monster cost, so it might be good for him to increase the number of DARK monsters. 《Evening Twilight Knight》, 《Envoy of Chaos》and 《Armageddon Knight》, which he can send to GY, is a candidate.
