Playing

The basic strategy is to Xyz Summon Rank 4 using 《Over Destiny》or 《Photon Thrasher》.
Xyz Summoning basically consumes 2 cards from your hand, but you can use 《Debris Dragon》to revive 《Destiny HERO - Defender》from his GY, or use 《Elemental HERO Stratos》to Xyz Summon by consuming 1 card.
《Over Destiny》's strength is that he can Special Summon DARK/Warrior from the deck.
In particular, the advantage of Warrior is a feature not found in 《Tin Goldfish》or 《Kagetokage》.
The same Warrior has 《Goblindbergh》, but 《Goblindbergh》misses the timing of the effect of 《Elemental HERO Stratos》, so it is not compatible.
The ideal move for the first move is to summon Armageddon Knight → use the effect to transfer Destiny HERO - Plasma to GY → use Over Destiny to Special Summon Destiny HERO - Defender.
With this development, you can prepare "Debris Dragon" and "Over Destiny", and since he becomes 3 Yami GY, you can satisfy the summoning conditions of "Dark Armed Dragon".
From there, you can Xyz Summon "Lavalval Chain" and bring "Dark Armed Dragon" to the top of the Deck.
The best thing about this deck of his is that it is completely rank 4 specific.
Rank 4 is rich in variety and has excellent responsiveness, and there is a possibility that it can be reversed in any situation.
The breadth of this pocket can be said to be the greatest strength.
Also, it's attractive to be able to Xyz summon 3 materials relatively easily.
A further strength of this deck is the high low-end RBI that Destiny HERO has never seen before.
《Photon Thrasher》with ATK 2100 is used for basic Xyz summons, but it is also reliable even if you hit it as it is.
Also, 《Destiny HERO - Defender》's 2700 DEF is not to be underestimated.
Combined with Rank 4's resilience, if you can defend with Destiny HERO - Defender even in a pinch, you can keep your hopes on the next turn.
The reason why I use 《Destiny HERO - Dunker》is because I can drop 《Destiny HERO - Plasma》in his hand to his GY.
Since it has 《Destiny Draw》, there are few opportunities to play an active role, but since it can be searched for reinforcements and 《Elemental HERO Stratos》, it is useful to have it as insurance.
The effect of 《Destiny HERO - Diamond Dude》has 11 Normal Spells, so it is possible to hit.
It's just a bonus, but if you can compress the deck, you can hit it.
Not to mention chaos is strong.
No.39 Utopia is often Xyz Summoned, so meeting the summoning conditions is easy.
Lavalval Chain puts it on top of his deck, so adding it to his hand isn't difficult.
Also, bringing 《Debris Dragon》with 《Lavalval Chain》is one of the options.
