Of course, it's possible to use RUMs to get to Ultimate Falcon, but there's a risk of it being destroyed along the way, so I think it's a good idea to evolve it using Last Strix according to the number of RUMs you have in your hand. . In the worst case, if he releases Last Strix and creates Ultimate Falcon, if he stacks Special Summon → Seven Shins, he can create a 4000 RBI monster that can avoid being destroyed once.
You can also use Soul Shave Force to summon Infinity or Titanic even if the RRX monster is destroyed. I think it can be summoned quickly by using 《Icarus Attack》.
To put it bluntly, his Deck can be one-killed with Last Strix, Soul Shave Force (hereafter referred to as Soul), and a single RUM card in his hand.

Soul Shave Force cuts his LP in half and summons a monster two ranks above his GY's RRX monster. Labeno Starantula has the effect of "increase the attack and defense of monsters on your field by the difference between your opponent's LP". Therefore, if the opponent is unharmed, attack and defense will increase by at least 4000 points. I think it would be better if you use Force Strix to launch a special attack and use Force Strix.
Rabeno Starantula's ③ effect wipes it out, and thanks to Ultimate Falcon, you can't even activate the card, so you can beat it with 4000 RBI or more.
