With the appearance of Shirayuki, Rylo's ATK, penetration power, deployment power, DEF, and interference power have increased significantly, making this a nice card.
I think there are pros and cons to this construction, but the theme of his deck is
[GY manure]
It is a construction specialized for his GY manure by force no matter what.
・Deployment
The first move is to play Minerva first. (obvious)
For that reason, we have made Berg 3, Photosula 2 and Rank 4 easier to set up.
After setting up Minerva, he's just fertilizing GY
If Sorcha is involved, half of his deck will be wiped out on the first turn.
From the second turn onwards, I attack with Synchro, Xyz, and Judgment using Luminous and Shirayuki.

Thanks to Shirayuki, his ATK has increased significantly, such as the deployment of rank 4, securing judgment, and follow-up attacks during the battle step.
Environment Deck You can aim for one kill normally.
Also, thanks to Shirayuki's Book of Moon effect, it is a great answer to weak monsters such as Pakike, Releaser Ritual, and Darklaw.
Judgment and Butte's bopper performance is also high, and Ferris, Michael, and Rank 4 are also very good at roughing up the board.
The way it unfolds while ravaging the opponent's board reminds me of an injector from a while ago.
To be honest, I think that the ability to turn the board is top class, including the environment Deck.

Not to mention Turtle, Shirayuki, his DEF due to 《Rise to Full Height》is also quite high.
