When he heard that 《Toadally Awesome》was coming out, he wondered if Aquaactress was a little stronger.
If he specializes in 《Toadally Awesome》, he doesn't need to be an Aquaactress, so I think it would be nice if he could leave the main thing to Aquaactress and follow up.

《Aquaactress Guppy》
In his hand, he is a deployment member who can Special Summon Aquaactress, so he has 3 stacks. It is 3 stacks because you can search with guppy tetra from salvage collection and guppy guppy mochi frog.
《Aquaactress Tetra》
Since it is an Aquaactress searcher, this is also a 3 stack. It can't be 《Toadally Awesome》, but it's indispensable for the actress. Mainly with 《Swap Frog》, he will send it to GY and recover it by surfacing or salvage.
《Aquaactress Arowana》
At first, I didn't plan to use even one, but I thought it would be useful because I could get 4,000 hit points just by using the Water Lighting. If you succeed in Special Summon from a floating guppy, you can attach a water light from Tetra Search, so it's easy to use. If you already have water lighting, it's quite interesting to search for guppies and make them 《Toadally Awesome》. If you SS 《Swap Frog》, you can secure Tribute personnel, so it's hard to fall into a situation where you can't send it (whether or not you send it).
《Swap Frog》
Deck lube. I drop it on the GY and use the surfacing salvage well. If you clear your hand and drop it into Special Summon, GY and decide to salvage, brain juice will come out (It seems that it is not a strong move from the surroundings)
If 《Toadally Awesome》appears, it can be recruited from the Deck, so it is relatively easy to bring it into your hand.
《Dupe Frog》
《Swap Frog》searcher and 《Toadally Awesome》defense card. It can also be used as a material. That's all.
With 2100 defense, it's relatively high, so if your opponent lined up lower ranks and tried to do Xyz in main 2, you'd be able to survive quite a bit. It may be removed by an effect, but at that time I can aim for the role of a searcher, so I'm sure it's doing its job (I don't know if it's excluded or bounced)
Penguin Soldier
I thought it would be interesting to combine it with the water stage, so I added it as a secret ingredient. If you have a water stage, you will get resistance, so there are times when you will be casually active, such as returning two opponents or returning yourself and your opponent. It is recommended that the landmines disguised as a desperate set at the end are quite easy to get caught. It's a child that you don't need in a serious opponent, as it's natural to have a card that negates the effect when it's an environmental deck opponent.
For the time being, it can be used as a material for 《Toadally Awesome》.
《Royal Decree》
This is a free frame. I don't want to be thwarted by trap cards, so I'm adopting a reminder.
There is enough space to put Aquarium cards because it uses only two types. It originally had the star Lightsworn in it, but now it's a no-brainer. If Harpie, Tsuitsui, etc. come, give up or check them with 《Toadally Awesome》. In the Extra Deck, he is in Stardust, a remnant of Staro himself. I don't have many opportunities to use it, but since there may be one-chan sync from "Monster Reborn", I put it in.

quite appropriate. Please stop rushing into extras because it is a rare level to use any of the rank 2 that is issued. The number of 《Toadally Awesome》used is likely to be 2 to 3.

Strength

Acquisition of suppression cards that his traditional Aquaactress does not have.
Being able to follow Mochi, who is vulnerable to the second attack, with his Aquaactress brain muscles (I'm sorry for opponents who often lie down)

Weakness

Monsters that are difficult to break through with Aquaactress' hit points + opponents who are lying down.

Customize

I think there are still many things to consider, such as Star Lightsworn and other Aquariums. Monsters, other than Guppy Tetra (Swap Frog), are all free-form, so I haven't decided on a build at all.
