Playing

I want to line up and lock Thunder level 4 monsters with various meta effects with 《Ties of the Brethren》and attack directly with Watt.
●《Denko Sekka》
I can't do a Special Summon, so I stack 3 to draw it into my hand. If you run out of Spells and Traps set to yourself, you will not be able to set each other, and you will not be able to activate the set Spells and Traps. I want to use it well because of its permanent effect.
The Spells and Traps I adopted were either meaningless to set or intentionally easy to create opportunities to activate. If I had to say it, I would be concerned about the Twin Twisters set.

Denko Sekka can't be called with Ties of the Brethren, so I pinned it for minimal spell disruption.
●《Zap Mustung》
It has a very strong meta performance by itself, but it can't normal summon, so it's easy to spoil. I'm worried about pin insertion or 2 stacks.
Ideally, it's a Special Summon from the Deck with 《Ties of the Brethren》, so it's best to pin it so it doesn't come into your hand.
●《Thunder King Rai-Oh》
Needless to say, search meta. Blocks large Special Summons, etc. caused by summoning rule effects, which are holes in the Special Summons seal of Zap Mustung .
●《Pahunder》《Mahunder》
A handyman who can do Rank 4 for the time being even when he doesn't have all the cards in his hand. It's also an excellent cost for 《Soul Transition》.

Strength

Just by having 《Denko Sekka》and 《Anti-Spell Fragrance》on the field, you can seal Spell/Trap cards, and by lining up 《Zap Mustung》and 《Thunder King Rai-Oh》with 《Ties of the Brethren》, you can even seal Special Summons.

Weakness

It doesn't have much of a binding power against his deck, which is pushed only by monster effects.
Also, since you want to draw in quickly, it's hard to duplicate Ties of the Brethren with 3 stacks and Pot of Duality to draw it in.

Customize

It's also fun to use 《Magical Mid-Breaker Field》, which is currently in the middle of nowhere, and add 《Thunder of Ruler》etc. to skip the main 2. 《Zap Mustung》can completely block Special Summon, and 《Lightning Rod Lord》can completely block Spell. Watt's formation can avoid battle destruction and can attack directly for 2 turns, so it's not a bad matchup, but the frame is tight as a whole, so it needs adjustment.
Also, since most of the meta effects are permanent effects, there is also the idea of blocking even the activation of monster effects by aiming at his Tribute Summon of Majesty's Fiend while involving 《Card Advance》etc. If 《Pahunder》and 《Mahunder》are skillfully used, even if you seal the Special Summon yourself with 《Thunder Sea Horse》and 《Pot of Duality》, it is possible to create a sequence of 《Denko Sekka》and 《Majesty's Fiend》. .
