I thought that if I messed around with the Blue-Eyed Deck, I might be able to make a Shooting Star Dragon, so I made it. 《Level Eater》is difficult to put out unless you are at GY, so don't expect too much.

Strength

Activate Raido of Light to summon "Sage with Eyes of Blue" and add "Maiden with Eyes of Blue" (if in hand, "Effect Veiler") to your hand. Then, with the effect of "Mausoleum of White", "Maiden with Eyes of Blue" is summoned. Use another effect to Special Summon Blue-Eyed's White Dragon targeting Maiden with Eyes of Blue. Then, use ONE FOR ONE from your hand to Special Summon Level Eater (you don't have to use it if it's in GY) to S summon Formula Synchron with Level Eater and Maiden with Eyes of Blue or Sage with Eyes of Blue. Next, with the effect of her GY's Level Eater, Blue-Eyed's Hakuryu's level was lowered and he Special Summoned. Blue-Eyed's Hakuryu, who has reached level 7, S Summons with the rest of the Tuner, and he produces Stardust Dragon. All that's left is to do the accelerator synchro.
