Playing

Basically, it's a Deck where you line up Dinomists and use Plesios to lower the opponent's offense and defense to hit the octopus. Extra monsters are deployed according to the situation. Weisel is a bonus.

Strength

Dinomist monsters are all his Pendulums, so if you line them up with Plesios all at once, you can greatly weaken your opponent's monsters.
As an Xyz material he goes to GY, and with Deck/discard he goes to GY and his Dinomist can also be revived with Reborn.
The Engraving Sword is a remnant from when he didn't fully understand the rules of Pendulum, but it works surprisingly well for exclusion effects and destruction resistance.

Weakness

It's weak against locks, and if you don't pull the cyclone, it's going to be tough.
Also, it is a weakness that he can't cover up if he gets a lot of decks and hand discards.

Customize

If you use Dracoslayer, you may be able to feel the environment. Any customization that makes use of being a Pendulum Monster would be great.
