《Vennu, Bright Bird of Divinity》, a Ritual Monster that appeared in the Duelist Festival 2016 promotional pack, has an interesting effect, so I built it. 《Vennu, Bright Bird of Divinity》is a unique effect that reveals a monster in your hand, selects a monster on the field, and changes its level to the revealed monster's level. Since it targets you, you can use the 《Maiden with Eyes of Blue》gimmick, and if you match your level, you can hit Rank 8 Xyz repeatedly, or if you match your tuner and level, you can Special Summon 《Ultimaya Tzolkin》. We will deploy monsters with high control power at once and trample them!
Since 《Vennu, Bright Bird of Divinity》is level 8, he can share 《Trade-In》with Blue-Eyed, and since it is named, it corresponds to 《Pre-Preparation of Rites》. I can. 《Pre-Preparation of Rites》can also be used to salvage Ritual Monsters, so you can use 《Trade-In》to actively send it to her GY to turn her deck. As a specific route of deployment,
1. Use 《The Melody of Awakening Dragon》to get 《Blue-Eyes White Dragon》and 《Blue-Eyes Alternative White Dragon》
2. Special Summon 《Blue-Eyes Alternative White Dragon》to destroy the opponent's monster
3. Release "Blue-Eyes Alternative White Dragon" and ritual summon "Vennu, Bright Bird of Divinity"
4. Summon a level 1 tuner, reveal Blue-Eyes White Dragon in your hand, and align your level to 8
That's what it feels like. If the Level 1 Tuner in 4. is Maiden with Eyes of Blue, an additional Blue-Eyed will fly to you. If you have a Spell Trap in your hand, you can Special Summon Ultimaya Tzolkin and set it to get Crystal Wing Synchro Dragon, which has high control power. For example, if you use 《The White Stone of Ancients》as an Xyz material for 《Divine Dragon Knight Felgrand》and drop it on her GY during the opponent's turn, you can banish her opponent's Spell Trap in the manner of an end cycle. It can do moves that a normal rank 8 deck can't.
Also, "Primal Cry" has the effect of reviving her Ritual Monster during the end phase of the turn that was sent to her GY from the field, so if you are conscious of using it as a Synchro material as much as possible, you will lose the advantage. It's hard. If monsters with high control power are lined up, they will often remain until the next turn, so you can further develop and decide the game.
Ritual Summoning has a big disadvantage if it is interrupted, so I'm focusing on removing the back with 《Twin Twisters》2, 《Harpie's Feather Duster》1, 《Archfiend Eccentrick》2, 《Dragon Spirit of White》2. 《Archfiend Eccentrick》also plays an active role against 《Masked HERO Dark Law》and 《Thunder King Rai-Oh》, which are cards to watch out for, as they have a wide variety of searches and Special Summons.
As for the extras, I will touch on some of the characteristic features.
《Michael, the Arch-Lightsworn》and 《Black Rose Moonlight Dragon》are removals other than destruction, and they also correspond to 《Blue-Eyes Spirit Dragon》and 《Ultimaya Tzolkin》. Since there are plenty of Level 1 Tuners, it is also possible to release 《Blue-Eyes Spirit Dragon》on your turn and use one of the above to remove it, then synchronize with the Level 1 Tuner and overwhelm it with 《Crystal Wing Synchro Dragon》.
Also, with the effect of Blue-Eyes Spirit Dragon, a level 9 Synchro Monster can easily reach his GY, so I used Cloudcastle. You can fish it out and keep his GY and P metas with Blue-Eyes Spirit Dragon, or you can remove him with Phantom Fortress Enterblathnir's untargeted removal. It's the only non-targeted non-destruct removal in this Deck, so it's useful for breaking through tough monsters and locks.

Strength

Weakness

Customize

・Since level 8 monsters are often Special Summoned during the End Phase, it seems to be strong if you insert 《Wonder Xyz》and 《Divine Dragon Knight Felgrand》on your opponent’s turn.
・If you have a level 8 tuner and a non-tuner, you can get 《Phantasmal Lord Ultimitl Bishbaalkin》.
・Since 3 level 8 monsters line up in one turn is not normal, it might be a good idea to specialize and maintain 《Number 88: Gimmick Puppet of Leo》.
