Since it's the first post for everyone, I'd like to make a soft crab Monarch bounty type RR.
First of all, if you turn it only with RR, it is true that RR can be recovered from the Deck If you hit it with a tribute, you may be able to recover the rank up, but the ATK is not enough + you can stop it, so the rank up spell does not come. I received the power of Omoi Monarch.
Monarch comes Draw with 《Pantheism of the Monarchs》Then Monarch Spell & Trap comes or RR monsters come.
If you draw Monarch Spell & Trap, remove GY's "Pantheism of the Monarchs" and either recover "Pantheism of the Monarchs" or collect "Pantheism of the Monarchs" and use "Pantheism of the Monarchs" to get your RR somehow.
If your hand is mostly RR related, turn it according to RR and collect it and compress the deck
The weak point of the Force is that it cannot be banished or returned to the hand, so when the opponent's turn begins, use the ability of the Force to Tribute the Force as soon as the opponent's turn begins. From there, you can summon Ai-Tail and put it on the wall, and in the worst case, it will return to your hand even if it is not attacked, so you can activate Deep Thought.
* Also, since it is already in the opponent's turn, even if it is written that you can't do a Special Summon except for the turn RR that uses this effect, you can deploy it with Aiteair.

Strength

In order to prevent Force Strix from being returned to the hand or waiting to be removed without being attacked, you can deploy it during the opponent's turn while compressing the Deck + excluding 《Pantheism of the Monarchs》on the next turn and recovering whichever is missing.
Call Necrovulture to 2 cards on the field from the Deck. If you use Shave, release an X monster. If you use Skip Force, if you have 2 RRs in your hand, Special Summon. Let's do it with an ultimate! Rank up does not include turn 1, so you can use it to the fullest. 　

Weakness

My worst situation is that my hand is filled with 3 Rank-Up-Magic cards and Retsusen & Shingen.
Even if you annihilate the enemies with Revolution Falcon first, they will be returned to Master P's Synchro. So maybe I should add a warning...
