The recent DM theme remake finally reached out to Blue-Eyed. Unlike the previous guys, Blue-Eyed was already reasonably strong, so I think he would be a pretty good deck if he was buffed.
This time, there weren't many recipes with 《Hieratic Dragon of Nuit》as the main axis, so I tried to create a recipe with this as the axis. what? The only new cards are Kenshi and Abyakuryu? It can't be helped, it didn't go in.
Unlike the usual "Sacred Time" series, Dragonnut has a slightly unusual effect trigger condition of calling a Dragon Normal Monster from the Deck when targeted by a card effect. So, the effects of 《Sage with Eyes of Blue》used in this Deck are as follows.

You can only use the (2) effect of “Blue-eyed Sage” once per turn.
(1): Can be activated when this card is successfully summoned.
Add 1 of his LIGHT Level 1 Tuners other than "Sage with Eyes of Blue" from the Deck to your hand.
(2): You can discard this card from your hand and target 1 of his Effect Monsters on your field.
He sends that monster to GY and Special Summons a "Blue-Eyed" monster from his deck.
For the time being, the effects of successful summoning can be left aside for this deck (I'm sure they'll be used to great effect in his other decks...). You can do Velor Search! Please think about it. The important thing is that by throwing this card out of your hand, you can target "Dragon Noot" on the field and call "Blue-Eyed" from your Deck. in short,

If you can bring it to this state, you can get Blue-Eyed with the effect of Sage and Vanilla Dragon with the effect of Dragon Noot. That way, you'll have two level 8s. After that... As you can probably guess by looking at the extra deck, you can hit the effect of dark matter repeatedly to create a one-kill firepower. That's how this Deck wins.
I changed the recipe a little. Reverse the numbers of Noot and Maiden and add Mausoleum of White as a target card. Reidou is his Field Spell, so it's easy to deploy and he's DARK level 8, so it's an addition of Malefic Stardust Dragon. Thank you Mr. Vegeta for the useful advice.

① Activate the awakening melody. Add 2 《Chaos Monarch Dragon – Emissary of the End》to your hand.
② Summon Dragon Noot and activate the effect of the Sage in your hand. 《Blue-Eyes White Dragon》Special Summon 2 bodies.
③ Xyz with 2 level 8 monsters, 《No. 107 Space-Time Dragon of Galaxy-Eyes. As it is 《No. Place 95 Galaxy-Eyes Dark Matter Dragon on it. If you have a face-up Spell Trap or a monster with 4000 or more defense, you can split it as FA.
④Send 《Eclipse Wyvern》《Chaos Monarch Dragon – Envoy of the End》《Blue-Eyes White Dragon》to his GY with the effect of Dark Matter. The third one is pretty good.
⑤ Exclude 《Red-Eyes Darkness Metal Dragon》with Eclipse effect.
⑥Exclude Eclipse and Chaos Monarch Dragon, and Special Summon Chaos Monarch Dragon from your hand. Use the Eclipse effect to put Redame into your hand.
⑦Exclude dark matter and special summon redame. Effect revives Tachyon. Then put dark matter on it.
⑧ Send 《Eclipse Wyvern》, 《The White Stone of Legend》and 《Schwarzschild Limit Dragon》to GY with the Dark Matter effect.
(9) Exclude "Blue-Eyes Alternative White Dragon" with Eclipse effect. Search for 《Blue-Eyes White Dragon》in Shiraishi.
⑩Exclude Schwarzschild and Eclipse, and Special Summon Chaos Monarch Dragon. Add an alternate white dragon to your hand with Eclipse effect.
⑪ Show Blue-Eyed and Special Summon Abyakuryu. Destroy a monster with 4000 or more DEF with an effect (you don't have to).
⑫ Subwhite Dragon and Chaos Monarch Dragon with Xyz, 《No. 15 Gimmick Puppet -Giant Killer》. As it is 《No. Stack 84 Pain Gainer.
⑬ Pain gainer effect activated. Wipe out monsters with 4000 or less DEF.
⑭ On top of the pain gainer 《No. 77 The Seven Shins” is piled up.
If you launch an all-out attack with this, 4000 + 4000 + 2800 + 3000 = 13800 is a one-shot kill. However, even if you do not go this far,
① Activate the awakening melody. Search for alternate white dragons and chaos Monarch dragons.
②Make Dark Matter with Kenji Noot.
③ Eclipse, Shiraishi, and Schwarzschild into GY with the Dark Matter effect.
④Exclude Redame with Eclipse. In Shiraishi he is Blue-Eyed's Hakuryu Search.
⑤ Exclude Eclipse Schwarz and Chaos Monarch Dragon. Redame recovery with Eclipse effect.
(6) Do not remove dark matter. Dark Matter revived Tachyon with its effect.
⑦ Use the Dark Matter effect to add 3 Dragons including Eclipse to GY. Chaos Monarch Dragon banished with Eclipse effect.
⑧ Show Blue-Eyed to summon the alternate white dragon. Effect destroys monsters.
⑨ Sub-White Dragon Chaos Monarch dragon and giant killer. Repeat the pain gainer as it is, and wipe out the monsters with the effect.
⑩Put Seven Shins on Pain Gainer.
This consumes less. Because it only passes Dark Matter and Seven Shins 4000 twice.

Weakness

I draw only dragon vanilla and have an accident. Otome is also easy to be captured (mainly Mr. Lightning), so overconfidence is prohibited.
