It was sluggish for a while because it could not adapt to Master Rule 4, but with the appearance of 《Heavymetalfoes Electrumite》, 《Odd-Eyes Revolution Dragon》and 《Odd-Eyes Arc Pendulum Dragon》, it was revived.
In the place where [Magician] was completely regulated by the limit regulation, Super Defense R [Lord of Magician] was released, and I thought it would be interesting to mix it with [Odd-Eyes].
The problem is that 《Magical Citadel of Endymion》cannot be used due to the gimmick, but since 【Odd-Eyes】 is rich in search, it works well with 【Endymion】's effect of accumulating magical power counters, and it works surprisingly well.
Collect parts with a wealth of search cards and use them to master the five summoning methods of Fusion, Synchro, Xyz, Pendulum, and Link to win.

Strength

The ultimate goal of this Deck is to win with 《Odd-Eyes Raging Dragon》, but it's almost impossible if you don't have a very good opening hand.
Therefore, the following two boards should be created first with this Deck.
①Fusion summon of 《Odd-Eyes Vortex Dragon》.
You can set up 3000 defense with an obstruction effect.
We have "Odd-Eyes Arc Pendulum Dragon", "Odd-Eyes" P monster and "Sky Iris".
Activate "Odd-Eyes Arc Pendulum Dragon" and "Odd-Eyes" P-monster in the P-zone. Destroy the "Odd-Eyes" Pendulum Monster with "Sky Iris" and search for another "Odd-Eyes" Pendulum Monster.
Special Summon "Performapal Odd-Eyes Dissolver" with the Pen effect of "Odd-Eyes Arc Pendulum Dragon".
Activate the searched "Odd-Eyes" P-monster in an empty P-zone, and fusion summon "Odd-Eyes Vortex Dragon" with that monster and "Performapal Odd-Eyes Dissolver".
The EX Monster Zone will fill up, but you can move it to the Main Monster Zone by destroying it with Sky Iris and reviving it with the Pendulum effect of Odd-Eyes Arc Pendulum Dragon. It also activates the bounce effect, so it's killing two birds with one stone.
② Special Summon 《Endymion, the Mighty Master of Magic》with the effect of 《Servant of Endymion》.
Spell and Trap cards can be checked.
First of all, it will not start without 《Servant of Endymion》. There are 《Spell Power Mastery》and 《Odd-Eyes Pendulum Dragon》for search methods.
In order to use the effect, it is necessary to put 3 magic counters on it, but 《Sky Iris》is convenient here as well.
Activate P Monster A while Servant of Endymion is in the P Zone. (1 piece) Activate 《Sky Iris》. (2 pieces) Destroy P-monster A with the effect of Sky Iris, search for "Odd-Eyes" P-monster, and activate "Odd-Eyes" P-monster in the empty P-zone. (3 pieces)
With this, 《Servant of Endymion》has 3 magic counters, and you can Special Summon 《Endymion, the Mighty Master of Magic》with P effect.
The point to note is that unlike 《Odd-Eyes Vortex Dragon》, it is powerless against monster effects.
About the X summon of "Odd-Eyes Raging Dragon".
There are three parts required for the X Summon of Odd-Eyes Raging Dragon, the finisher of this Deck.
《Xiangke Magician》, rank 7 Dragon X monster, level 7 Dragon monster.
The most difficult to procure among these is 《Xiangke Magician》. You can search with 《Performapal Skullcrobat Joker》, but basically 《Performapal Skullcrobat Joker》itself is a restricted card, so basically you can only expect to draw.
It would be nice to procure it for Heavymetalfoes Electrumite, but since there are so many other cards I want to search for, I feel like it would be a waste.
Next is the rank 7 Dragon X monster, but with the advent of 《Dark Anthelion Dragon》, procurement has become relatively easy.
If you have two Link Markers, you can P-summon a Level 7 Dragon P-monster at the same time and connect it to an X-summon of Odd-Eyes Raging Dragon.
Lastly, regarding level 7 Dragon monsters, if you can prepare rank 7 Dragon X monsters, you should have no trouble procuring them.
In conclusion, I don't think X Summoning "Odd-Eyes Raging Dragon" is so difficult if you can hold "Xiangke Magician" in your hand.

Weakness

There are no trap cards or hand trigger cards because it emphasizes the initial move. If it's [Magician], you might put in , but [Odd-Eyes] doesn't work that way. Even more so if mixed with [Endymion].
So the defense is very weak.
If you can fusion summon "Odd-Eyes Vortex Dragon", you can use the Pen effects of "Odd-Eyes Revolution Dragon" and "Odd-Eyes Arc Pendulum Dragon" to strengthen your defense.
Since it is a deck that deploys in large numbers, 《Evilswarm Exciton Knight》is not good. 《Odd-Eyes Raging Dragon》is also a deep blue destruction.
As can be said for all Pendulum Decks, if the scale is destroyed, the deployment power will be greatly reduced.
I'm also not good at counter traps such as 《Solemn Judgment》, and 《Bottomless Trap Hole》, which excludes them all at once.
Currently 《Bottomless Trap Hole》《Solemn Warning》《Solemn Judgment》is unlimited. It is a painful place that 《Solemn Strike》is semi-restricted.
He was forced to power down due to the addition of an EX monster zone and his Pendulum zone integrated into his Spell/Trap zone due to the rule revision.

Customize

It might be a good idea to increase 《Supreme King Dragon Starving Venom》or insert 《Monster Reborn》to reuse the effect of 《Heavymetalfoes Electrumite》.
Trap cards and hand triggers are also welcome if you can afford them.
