Are you still doing Tag Force? I'm sure you'll get some tsukkomi, but I've finally created a deck that can clear the "Junior Youth Championship", so I'll introduce it.
The concept of this Deck, as you can see from using Monarch, is conscious of "winning with Tribute Summon". As can be said for TFSP CPUs in general, there are many strange movements. Especially characteristic is that they want to do a tribute summon. For example, release "C No. 107 Super Galaxy-Eyes Space-Time Dragon" with ATK 4500, Tribute Summon "Evil Monarch Gaius", and use Monster Reborn on your opponent's turn to "C No. 107 Super Galaxy-Eyes Space-Time Dragon". I laughed unintentionally when I was killed by Thus, TFSP's CPU prioritizes his Tribute Summon. It would be nice to get rid of monsters of level 5 or higher and seal Tribute Summon, but unfortunately TFSP partners have "favorite cards", and level 8 "Big Ben K" cannot be removed. . As a result of thinking about that, I realized that it would be good to guide the Tribute Summon so that it can be done well, and came up with this Deck.
Among ARC-V's partners, I chose Gongenzaka because I can get a high RBI with my favorite card and there are no other cards that get in the way (fusion, solo first movement, etc.).
In the game, Gongenzaka will spin his deck for you, but I will explain how to spin it so that humans can use it.
First of all, each card has the following role in turning his Deck.
1. Remove opponent field
2. Secure his Tribute factor on the field
3. Increase your hand
4. Prevent opponent's attack
5. Hit from a high RBI
For example, "Big Ben-K" is 5, "Monarch Monster" is 1 and 5, "Guard Block" is 3 and 4, "Battle Fader" is 2 and 4, and "Hand" is 1, 2 and 4.
The reason why I chose "Guard Block" instead of "Dimensional Prison" is that even his Monarch has enough removal ability, and I thought that earning a hand add would be more advantageous than that.
There is only one card that is an exception in the role. It is 《Giant Rat》. Once 《Giant Rat》is destroyed in battle, Big Ben-K can be played in Defense Position. So you can hit with his high ATK 3500 from a suicide attack, or put out a high 3500 DEF wall from an enemy attack.

Strength

As I wrote in the operation method, the strength of this Deck is that "Monarch's removal ability", "Big Ben-K's high RBI", and "support cards that earn ads while defending" work well. There are a lot of low level monsters, so there are less accidents.

Weakness

In the competition behind the scenes, Miel's "Nekroz's Trishula" is his natural enemy. His Tribute Summon factor on the field, monsters against his Monarch in hand, etc. are taken at the same time, which hurts.

Customize

As for the D draw, I use 《Monster Reborn》and 《Battle Fader》. I almost never run out of cards, so I draw 《Battle Fader》in order to prevent the opponent's next attack and counterattack with Monarch. As for 《Monster Reborn》, you probably don't need to say it, but you can call the high RBI of "Big Ben K". Not Ben-K, Monarch can also fight to some extent.
