Idramelech is next to me, so that's usually the end of it. Even if you don't let it finish, you can still defend yourself by setting up Fergrant and Advanced Infernoid.

Strength

Start by putting 《Doomdog Octhros》into play. You can also aim for excellent reasoning and SS with monge, and if you have it in your hand, you just need to put it out. Infernoid doesn't use summoning rights, so it's a great match. After that, he can search the deck for Fiend level 8 monsters by releasing it with Monge's cost or with the common effect of Advanced Infernoid. Garzet is the base, but if you have it in your hand, you can also bring Adramelech.
The scary part is the back, so I will erase it with 《Twin Twisters》, Astaroth, and Decatron and then slowly develop it. Let's remove things that get in the way at the lower level. If you leave about 1 monster, the damage will increase further.
With Void's nothingness, Garzet's ATK easily exceeds 10,000. It can be further removed by summoning Tiera by fusion summoning and dropping 3 Nutos from Extra.
Veiler is the scariest, so he can bluff an Infernoid Effect or worse Azathoth before playing Garzet.
Decathlon is excellent, but I want to increase the probability of getting Octros, so I limit it to 2 copies. Drop Lucifugus from Decatron and Astaroth from your hand
If you put it out, you will have the options of Scarlight, Rank 4, Niarra → Azathoth. Please take measures against Veiler.

Weakness

If you have an impregnable wall or 《Macro Cosmos》, you will be stuck. Also, the fragrance works, so it's painful. If you have 《Twin Twisters》, you can recover, but if you get hit with 《The Huge Revolution is Over》, you can't even look at it. Let's hope Astaroth can remove it.
In addition, veilers, breathers, chalices, etc. are also troublesome if they are hit by the gauze.
Back can be removed, but it's difficult to trigger a hand, so you have to think about mixing bluffs to make it hit first, or making it impossible to target with holy clothes.

Customize

It's a complete one-kill type, so it's painful if you can't decide. I haven't included Trap, but Infernoid is easy to use 《Rivalry of Warlords》and 《Gozen Match》, so it might be a good idea to include it.
