Strength

Search for "Odd-Eyes Pendulum Dragon" with "Fusion Conscription", or search for "N (Neos Pacian)" at a cost of "Convert Contact". You can also discard "N" in your hand with "Pendulum Call", etc., and when necessary, return it to your hand with "Pendulum Back" to perform Pendulum Contact Fusion, or summon "Neos" Fusion Monster with "Miracle Contact". or

Weakness

First of all, this Deck is a Deck that specializes in attacking, so defense is discarded and no defensive Trap cards are included. Let's defeat the opponent at once while defending the wall monster on the field with his Pendulum.
Next, most "Neos" Fusion Monsters have the effect of returning to the Extra Deck during the End Phase. You can negate this effect with "Neos Pace" or "Instant Neo Space", but there are a lot of card mishaps, so it's impossible to play a long game, so let's make a quick attack. The surplus low-class "Neos" Fusion Monster is level 7, so let's use him as material for Xyz Monsters so that it doesn't go to waste. High-level "Neos" monsters activate powerful effects on the entire field when they return to the Extra Deck, so be careful when summoning them.
The problem is that he often wins by attacking quickly with only Pendulum Summon, so he is a little weak as a fan/deck. Finishing off with a "Neos" monster would be good as a fan deck.
Weaknesses would be (Special Summon Bind) and (Exclusion). I have 《Dragonpit Magician》, but if it doesn't come to my hand, I can hardly move. In particular, pay attention to 《Solemn Judgment》, 《Solemn Warning》, and 《Solemn Strike》, and split face-down cards early.
