Playing

No different than the basic Ritual Beast.
If you mount and collect with Kannahawk, and collect Apelio and Elder with Kannahawk on the second turn, you will basically be in a one-kill range.

If you stand M7 with Holy Ritual Beast Knight, collect Rabbit or 《Ritual Beast Ulti-Cannahawk》.
Don't aim for Xyz too much, use Synchro's Clear Wing when the Ritual Beast user is bounced. It is recommended to negate the Holy Ritual Beast cavalry monsters after attacking and then separate them during the Battle Phase to increase firepower. Other than that, I put it in because it can also be used defensively.

Weakness

It's pretty weak against P and has no counters, so it's a good deck to pass around among friends.

I don't think there's any problem with turning Braho, Ring of Destruction, etc. into 《Macro Cosmos》.
