Playing

Strength

If Gourai Monarch's effect can be applied from the first turn, most of his decks will be half-destroyed.
With Monarch Effect Chain 1 Rock Crack Effect Chain 2, Rabbit can apply Monarch's effects without being disturbed by Veiler.
Photon Sanctuary→Ten Monarch→Gourai Monarch can Xyze Fergra or Galaxy-Eyes
Above all, the ability to hit 2800 RBIs may be his greatest strength.

Weakness
