Strength

By using the deployment power of Castor, Mandrago, and Kerkion to summon Opion, you can block his Special Summon from your opponent's level 5 or higher monsters. Furthermore, with the effect of 《Infestation Pandemic》added to the hand by Opion's effect, his opponent's Spell Trap effect is blocked.
It's pretty effective if you get ahead of it against top-tier HERO, his Nekroz, and other high-end Special Summons.
Built for monsters that negate card effect destruction!
Also, Castor and Kercion's effect is to "increase the number of Normal Summons", so it's also effective against Special Summon meta decks.

Weakness

Clifford, his Tribute Summon high-level monsters, and the Xyz dimension are tough opponents.
Also, it's easy to get handless, and I don't feel comfortable relying on increased G to make good use of the effect of 《Evilswarm Bahamut》.
It's desirable to finish early before the number of 《Infestation Pandemic》runs out, but Opion's ATK is a little unreliable, so if it's brought into a long game, it's going to be a tough fight.
Another weakness of this Deck is that it relies on luck to block monster effects.
It is overwhelmingly weak against Xyz Meta Deck.
