So I made it.
Basically, while fertilizing his GY around low-level monsters such as Bato Oni and 《Shutendoji》, he fights with Akaoni and Grudge Souls as his main strength. Xyz is a Niarra that also serves as the purpose of dropping Akaoni, etc., which rots in his GY fertilization factor chain and hand, into his GY. It doesn't matter if each number is one.
《Goblin Zombie》is to make it easier to bring Kasha into your hand, but please use it properly according to the battle situation. The Pyramid Turtle is also for Grudge Souls, but please use it accordingly.
The monster slot 《Allure of Darkness》is for speeding up your hand, but Batouki and 《Shutendoji》are the core, and there are other support spells, so you can use them even if you exclude them.
《Mischief of the Yokai》matches his deck concept and is a countermeasure against Synchro Xyz, so I chose it.

Strength

Akaoni is easy to use anyway.
Since he has no special summoning conditions, he is easy to reuse from GY and has a high RBI of 2800. Normal Summon can also use the bounce effect. Like Misawa, he is a very good guy.
The combo was Bato Oni to revive Red Demon, and 《Shutendoji》to make Bato Oni the top of the deck.
Depending on the situation, make good use of Zombie Master or Summon Priest to create a composition of Akaoni and Batooni in Batooni → Chain → GY.
Other than that, he uses 《Fox Fire》and Pyramid Turtle to develop the spirit of grudge.
You can use the chain to deploy the spirit of grudge. In that case, Chain will also be a release agent for his FIRE. If there are enemies with higher ATK, this might be better than Akaoni.
When a powerful enemy appears, use Kasha to bounce all monsters Deck!
Kasha is the most exhilarating thing using this Deck!

Weakness

Card accidents don't happen often.
Of course, the exclusion stings. In such a case, make good use of 《Shutendoji》to survive!

Customize

Use general rank 4 for extras other than Chain and Niarra
Since it's a fan Deck, you can't put anything other than Rank 4.
It is rare for undead to exclude themselves. There is also support for that, so it would be interesting to try adding 《Necroface》or 《Plaguespreader Zombie》.
This time, he doesn't use the above two cards because of the number of decks and the focus on fans, but the version of his deck that I put in was also strong because Zonkyari could use it around.
