Ultimately, equip "Gagaga Samurai" (attack twice) with Rhapsody x2 + burner and set up a ruler (anti-scarecrow, "Rainbow Kuriboh", GY monster, etc.) and kill 1
If you have Aokiki x 3 + Zonmas x 1 + Bullet, you're good to go.
Also, in the case of precedence, prepare your hand with a semi-infinite draw (500 LP per draw), stand up the ruler twice and seal monster effects and spells.
