Playing

Common type AF Monarch.
His main tactic is to destroy the opponent's field with his Artifact on the opponent's turn and Monarch on your turn to earn ads.

Strength

As long as you have a continuous hit, you can handle any situation. In particular, Retsusen → Kryce, the Kryce effect divides the AF in your field to draw 2, and the summoning of 2 AFs is strong.
Kaiiwa's search is also normally powerful. It is reassuring that his Monarch will continue to follow. If you feel that the binding is too tight, break it with Kreis or Moebius.
Eccentric and Card Destruction are to avoid accidents, so if you draw in the second half, you can use it as bait for Kreis to earn a draw.

Weakness

Somewhat lighter than pure(?) constructed Monarch, but still heavy. If you dare to pile up cross souls, you'll be able to hunt Apokuri, so it's good.

10/6 postscript: Deck corrected. After all, even if it was good at removing power, there was a limit, so I adopted Death Scythe increase and G increase, and made it thicker with Special Summon. Since I was able to gain a small amount of draws with extra G, I reduced Eccentric without Card Destruction and increased Libido to use Moralta Deathscythe.
