Playing

Use sapphires to accumulate gems → Flood → Kill with ruler etc. Easy job Deck
The extra deck is centered on rank 4, but I feel that anything other than Ragnazero and the ruler is suitable.
On the other hand, it might be good to put about 2 copies of Ragnazero.
Throw in Veiler and Synchro, and throw in rank 3 or rank 4, etc., which are reasonably versatile, as you like.
