Playing

Undead Star Seraph is also the 4th improvement. I tried to fix the problem this time.
In the previous deck, it was difficult and slow to collect the scepter from the ruler, and the chain was often in the way when left unattended, so we improved that.

Strength

①Retrieve Sloane from the scepter. Sloane's bogus draw. Scale can also be recovered with the Scepter effect, so he can return GY's Sloane to the top of his Deck and use it again while using Scale to bring out the Scepter.
②Securing 《Zombie World》. You can secure it quickly with Cepsro Draw or Terrafo. Once you use the world and go around, the deck will disappear, so it's easy to draw more. If you draw the second card, it will be destroyed by the scepter effect and the cost will be 1 draw.
③ Take out the chain as soon as possible. It has a composition that is quite easy to put out with Samopuri and living people. Samopuri creates a chain with Scepter or Batooni and sends Batooni, Aokiki, or Scepter to his GY. If it seems to hinder the deployment, let's have Scepter's 1 draw sacrifice or future emperor.
④ Resurrection from material removal with Aokiki. If you are under the world, you can send the material scepter to GY and have it come back again. It's fun to play catch with Scepter, as it destroys the opponent's field. Blue Blood Demon "Let's catch a ball, you're a ball!"
⑤ Synchro from collecting Scepter or Sloane with Birdman. If it's a turn you don't feel like attacking, you can Special Summon the Scepter with Fairy's effect, or you can resurrect the Scepter so that you can use the Sloane that you returned with the Birdman effect.
⑥ Troublesome enemies are super fusion. It is useful because it cuts 3000 hit points + undead in your hand.

Weakness

If you don't think and act for the time being, it often stops halfway.
