Strength

The card specified by the effect of 《Divine Grace - Northwemko》should be a Continuous Spell Trap type such as 《Burden of the Mighty》as much as possible. If you put out 《Summoner Monk》or 《Chaos Sorcerer》first and then specify the activated 《Secret Village of the Spellcasters》, you can set a very strong lock.
Needless to say, Special Summon Bind is powerful in the current environment, and Spell and Trap Bind are added to it, so it's not something that has accumulated from the opponent's point of view. Weakness

Once 《Divine Grace - Northwemko》is played, 《Constellar Pleiades》and 《Gagaga Cowboy》are not scary, but in a fast-moving deck, if they are played first, you may not be able to do anything. In such a case, let's deal with it somehow with an extra deck.
Of course, it is weak against general-purpose traps such as 《Bottomless Trap Hole》, 《Dimensional Prison》, and 《Compulsory Evacuation Device》, so 《Royal Decree》is a card you want to activate as much as possible.
