Playing

Put a tool early on, search for Qlipho, and repeat Pendulum → Tribute Summon to beat down while destroying the opponent's field. It is an orthodox construction that suppresses the most basic points in using Qlipho without being strange.

Strength

Is it about to spring up infinitely unless it is excluded? Kind of reminds me of the undead, though they don't spin that fast.
The strength of the tools and Tribute seems unusual, well, it's a Pendulum theme, so there's a feeling that this much is acceptable. Trampolinks is very compatible as it was said from the beginning, and the variety of tactics after reacting to Pendulum and bouncing the tool is wonderful. There are plenty of options, such as Xyz after temporarily releasing Qlipho's SS binding, pasting the tool again and searching, and sticking another Qlipho to support battle.

Weakness
