Scepter ns → Sloane Search → 2 Sloane ss → Xyz "Delta Telos" → Self-destruct with Delta Telos effect → Deneb ss → Altair Search → Activate Soul Charge → Scepter, Sloane x2, Delta Telos ss → Sloane Search → 2 remaining bodies including Scepter Xyz "Shock Ruler" → Material Scepter effect Delta Telos 1 draw → Delta Telos effect Vega ss → Altair ss → Delta Telos ss → Xyz "Shock Ruler"

Weakness

Rip, Macro, Special Summon Seal, and Skidre stick quite a bit.
