Playing

Send the Prince of Wight to his GY (bet) and King of Wight's Parents - His Deck to hit directly with Baby Dragon's effect while increasing ATK.
Use Rotten Dog, Orobu, One Four, Raven, and Fusion to send the Prince to his GY. Also, using Zonkyari or Painter makes it easier to Synchro and Xyz.
Rank 1 is adopted because there are many level 1 decks due to the specifications of the deck. However, if you use it as a material, the king's ATK will also drop that much, so be careful.

Strength

With fusion, if you can drop the prince to his GY while bringing out Netherworld Ryu-san, you can fertilize his GY with wight and line up his ATK monsters. Mr. Netherworld Ryu is a child who steals his ATK and level if he fights, but only the effect remains, so I negate him with Veil and hit him with a token. You can hit with the veiled king.
If you can kill the prince with Chain Destruction, you can send all the wights and his wives to his GY and increase the king's ATK by 9000.

Weakness
