The basic moves are 《Chthonian Emperor Dragon》and 《Gigaplant》.
It is a Deck that performs Synchro Xyz and fights. Synchro 7 monsters due to monster level
is easy to put out and has good compatibility with the same level 7 Dragon Ruler. It's easy to get rank 7 monsters.

Strength

Release "Hieratic Dragon - Tufenidragon" and issue "Chthonian Emperor Dragon" or "Gigaplant"
If you call "Flamvell Guard" at this time, you can make it a level 7 synchro.
Depending on the situation, you can choose which Synchro Monster to put out at this time, but basically, read the power tool and search for powerful equipment cards such as "Supervise" and "Symbols of Duty".
Depending on the situation, you can aim for total destruction with "Black Rose Dragon", keep it in check with "Moonflower Dragon Black Rose", or aim for Burn with "Dark Dive Bomber".
It's a rare situation, but if you have 《Dark Dive Bomber》and Topheni side by side, you can burn and recruit by releasing Topheni. Also, 《Flamvell Guard》will connect to level 8 synchro here.
