This time, I assembled his deck with the new pack Star Seraph.
Thanks to Sloane and Scepter, it's easy to get 3 Rank 4 Xyz with less add, so in the early stages, it's his deck that beats down while suppressing the opponent's movement while using powerful Xyz such as Shock Ruler. increase.
If possible, I would like to put out the ruler early, but depending on the opponent's deck, it may be quickly defeated. If you can play Sloane or Scepter without using any Ads, you can play it on the first move, but it's not something you want to aim for by forcing it to line up. I'd like to play Scepter or Fairy Cheer Girl, get enough ads, and see how the opponent moves his deck.
If you have Wings, Scepter, and Sloane in your hand, 3 monsters will be lined up on the field. Take out the ruler and beat while sealing your opponent. If your opponent has strong monsters, use Ouroboros or Glorious to deal with them.
Valhalla doubles as a deployment factor and samopri cost in this deck of his. It is also effective as a means to bring out Christia. Please use them according to the situation.
His deck doesn't have one-kills and beats while taking ads, but his ATK for monsters is generally low. Sloane and Wings have high defense, so if your hand isn't good, don't overdo it and keep your parts in your hand.

The binding power of the ruler is still strong. Rikuru, Dragon Ruler, and Shaddoll almost stop moving, so I'd like to suppress them to some extent within 3 turns.
Scepter's Search and Xyz effect, and Sloane's Wand Draw are very powerful. When it starts to rotate, the ad will increase steadily.

Weakness

Special Summon sealed. Beatdown, which has a high basic RBI, also struggles. It is very sad that Ruler is beaten to death by the Damned who suddenly appears.
Also, his deck is dependent on Xyz, so it's very weak if Xyz can't solve it or if Xyz is stopped. Deal with Spell Trap with Cyclone and Monster with Escape.

Customize

This is his deck which is still in the adjustment stage. I'm trying various things myself, such as changing Living Dead to Pinpoint Guard and Naraku to Breakthrough.
I also considered a Tethys type, but it didn't turn well, so I ended up with the current shape.
