Strength

Well, as long as you're engaged, you can do one kill from anywhere, right?
For the time being, Sylvan can compress his deck at will, so it can withstand long-term battles.
If you're in trouble, you can use xyz or sync to cheat.

Weakness

In terms of the number of decks, both are incomplete.

Don't say that you should skip Sylvan lol
If you want to increase the number of tuners, it might be good to use copy plastic.
