Playing

An old man (tactician) sends a maiden (Maihime, Fuma) to GY, and an uncle (missionary) revives an old man (Gantara, tactician) and a maiden (Maihime, Fuma) to create a rank 4 or beat it as it is Deck.

Strength

You can send a level 4 Ice Barrier to Tactician ns, Tactician effect GY to draw 1, Evangelist ss, Evangelist effect level 4 Ice Barrier ss to draw 1 and raise Rank 4.
There are many types of Rank 4, so you can use them properly depending on the situation.
Levitation can only be used by Evangelist, but I think it's basically not perishable because you can drop it to GY with Tidal or Chain, or search from Crests.
《Inferno Reckless Summon》is used when the Evangelist or the Fumadan is sssed.
Monsters may increase in the opponent's field, but I don't think it's a problem because you can remove them with No.101, Butte, and Ouroboros.

Weakness

Since it uses GY, it is vulnerable to exclusions, negate effects such as Veiler and Skidre.

Customize

Rank 4 is just what I like, so I can change it as much as I want.
However, FA-Black Ray Lancer from Bahamut Shark to Water rank 3ss is a strength of WATER, so I think it's better not to pull it out.
