It is a deck that gives out a lot of rank 4 while accelerating the draw with Izanami's Wakon loop.
Wakon ns → 《Kagetokage》ss → Aramitama ns → Chain with Wakon and lizards ss → Chain effect, cost Wakon top operation → Draw the top card with Wakon effect is a basic combo.
For the time being, I tried putting in various rank 4s that seemed to be usable, but if you feel that the number of Kings and Chains is not enough, please adjust the number.
As a basic movement, first and foremost, hold the Aramitama.
Buy time with fader rainbow clitrago, and hold on to your strength and stamina.
The deck is actually 35 cards, including Mukuro, so I think it's easy to grasp.
Once you get hold of Aramitama, it feels like searching for Wamitama and doing various things from the next turn.

Strength

Chain fader effect and GY's rainbow chestnut effect, and then neat on the next turn.
The ruler is easy to make thanks to the Wakon lizard.

Weakness

not so strong
It's a place where you can't do anything if you can't grasp the aramitama.
